Just started watching some of the twins videos today for the first time and I’m glad I ran Into this one 💕 I’m a mother of a cleft child and it’s amazing to see youtubers talking about it and giving there subscribers information about clefts so people can be informed and not look at clefties different and help children in different countries that can’t get the help like we were lucky to get in the US thank you twins I’m definitely going to subscribe

I clicked on this video thinking operation smile was them telling jokes (you know making people smile) no it's this.
I was also thinking they would be doing it in front of people with smiling problems, which that it self makes me laugh that they would try to make people smile who couldn't properly smile.
