Hey guys I'm Veronica I'm Vanessa and today is Valentine's Day It's either a good day or a bad day depending on your relationship status. Great day for me. it's a great day for me. But today we decided that we are going to make our significant others.

Valentine's Day gifts You guys like when we have made our own DIY gifts for each other and just like stuff like that in the past. So today we're doing DIY Valentine's Day gifts. We've only got two hours to make these gifts for them. so let's go to the craft store.

Okay so we are at the craft store and we are going to get stuff to make our Valentines Let's do this. Okay so do you have an idea of what you're doing I think because Aaron is so tall I Go big. Wanna go big actually I Want to go home I Want to go home too. We have to do this.

This is for significant others Yeah, who we love very much. Well so I'm gonna make something big hello I saw something. it was a giant chocolate box but it was chocolate. Wait! So John and I love what is this? We love tiny things and I was going to make him a tiny chocolate box like a mini chocolate box and put actual Mini Chocolate in there.

Okay and like maybe do some other mini things like mini flowers, mini cards. So if you want to do something mini like yeah, tiny and I'm gonna do something cute. Okay, so it's okay. All right.

well let's let's find some stuff. Okay so Ronnie's found some cardboard that has red on the inside. That's good I need to find construction paper. mine's gonna be a red Oh I need to get ribbon.

there was ribbon at the front. let's go get ribbon and then I need these balloons. credit to this lady. How cute and then what if he pops each balloon.

If something is inside, how would you put the things inside the balloon? No idea. So should I not do that then should I put B mine I love you. he's already yours. Okay so what are you looking for? I'm looking for Oh here we go.

Alcohol-based markers I have to get some. We found the mini section I think he would like the corn stalks. Wow look at all these mini beans. Why are tiny things so fun? Burgers Okay the sun is blinding me so don't move.

don't move the car. um I think we got everything we need I did not find brown balloons we went to Party City we sorry I didn't find Brown balloon I didn't find brown balloons I actually ended up not buying anything because I realized I have everything I need to make at home. Let's go back home all right guys! So we're back home. We've separated and I've started my mini chocolate box I'm trying to do like a heart but a little bit confused on how to do this.

So I'm in the studio. We got guppy with me I Feel like this should be easy but it's just like I can't mess up. That's what I'm scared about. This is what I've got to work with? No I gotta figure out how to make this a heart I don't know.

Maybe I'll just draw it out first. So this is what the box looks like and I'm so far have like glued in like folded paper to like make an inside where the chocolates will go. I think I want to wrap it outside in this tape so it looks more like legit. So I got my clay.

how do I make a mini vase? I'm getting a pencil, push it down like that and then just try to like open it up. this is working I could put many flowers in this look I like that and then we'll round it. Okay Aaron's gonna love this I hope so scissors I do Yeah, here we go Daddy yo! You have a box cutter knife. just don't cut your finger off.

but I have my chocolate box here and I need to cut up 10 pieces of chocolate into little tiny chocolate. So I have this piece of dark chocolate and John loves dark chocolate. We're gonna get a nice cut this into 10 pieces I guess Oh my gosh, this is not working. Oh it really didn't work.

Let me just try doing half. Maybe I need like a bigger knife. Oh wait no that one more. That one worked.

This is good. This is good. I wrapped a piece of chocolate going in there now I gotta do nine more pieces So this is how it's going. It's looking good I think I'm gonna tape it all now Thank you.

What am I doing wrong with this tape? I keep peeling it and then it rips on its own. If you blow on it, you know what? warm it up a little to warm the tank. Why did that work? We're getting closer to a heart and then what I'm going to do to make them more sturdy is I'm going to tape it on the back. Okay so everywhere outside of our house are tiny flowers.

so look look at all these like tiny flowers. I'm just going to grab like these ones right here. Boop Okay I think these are good. Here is the finished chocolate box.

oh the chocolate wrapped inside so now it's closed and then just cut it with some tape. Here is the little flowers I Found. Let's take a look at this pot. I Think it still needs to just kind of like sit out for a second kind of getting so it takes this like it just needs to like air out, just needs to cool down.

In the meantime, make John Valentine's Day card. Okay, now we just have to round the tops. Daddy What do you think so far? Oh yeah, it's great. You know you can make it more like a Roblox heart.

Oh should I do a red heart? Probably a red heart that's so cute I'm obsessed with that. Okay now I'm gonna write a little message to John in tiny writing. so I added a little bit more so I put a black thing around the heart and then I put Happy Valentine's Day I said Dear John I Love you so so much! You are my best friend and I'm so thankful for you art. Vanessa I should put it in an envelope shouldn't I like I should make an envelope better and I'm just going to cut the tips of that.

It looks good. So now I gotta make the lid. Where is? Why is it so bad? Daddy's is bad I don't know I don't know. No, it's great.

Does it look bad? Uh, no. What are you? Why are you making two? I'm making a chocolate box. Oh I didn't know that's what you're thinking. The chocolate box? Oh it's great then.

All right guys. I Basically have all of John's gifts done. Here's his box of chocolates and you just open it so and there's all the chocolates in there I Finished his card I made him a little envelope with the and I cut out a little heart sticker I Got his pot right here and it's pretty much done. and I got these flowers I may need to just get some more flowers to fill it up in my new markers I Just bought I actually see a color called terracotta I'm going to color the pot this color and then go get another little bushel of flowers to add so it looks more full.

Oh, this looks orange for some reason, but oh no, this is gonna look good. Okay, will it be a good lid test is here? Ah it's like perfect. See now I Messed up right here and it's fine. I Think you can fix that? No I can't You can't fix that.

What do you mean I cut off too much. Oh well. yeah you did okay. fix it.

but my lid is done now. You're gonna do the edges. No you got to do it on your own I can't help you. Don't you miss helping me with crafts like this? No, you never really did.

I'm gonna go check on Ronnie see what's going on with her I painted the gold balloon I kind of like how that's looking and I need to wait for it to fry I just don't think it's going to dry because it's paint on a balloon. hello that's so cute! So the lady like made like little like designs on her chocolate. so I'm gonna try that. I got some white paint ew This is coming out as chunky paint and then there's a ton of liquid in this one.

Oh this guy's gonna like scoop it out Okay oh my gosh does this look like a chocolate truffle? It does. Boom looking like chocolate to me. Okay so here is my giant Valentine for Aaron cover your eyes, look down and when you come in here you cover your eyes too because she's got something. Oh yeah, your son's Nessa I'll guide you in backwards.

Oh, enough to show me and then I'll show you mine. Okay, what's your Valentine's for? I made John a little pot with flowers and I made him a Valentine's Day card and then I made him a box of chocolates. Each chocolate is hand wrapped in foil. Wow are these real flowers! Yes, those are from our yard.

How cute! Okay, do you want to see mine? Three, two, one. oh my gosh, it's my Valentine's Day you can open it say chocolates. Did you paint the balloons? Yes I did. Oh it looks nice.

Do you think he'll like it? I think he will I'll say will you be my Valentine and then I'll show him this and then we'll see what he says John is gonna come out here and he's going to think that thing is for him I'm gonna make it seem like that thing is for him I'm gonna have to show Aaron a little bit closer to actual Valentine's Day he's at home and there's no way I can fit this in my car. Were those real flowers? Yeah oh that's cool. I like it. It's really nice. and John got real chocolate and he got a little mini people got real chocolate.
