Hey guys, it's me vanessa. What's up guys, it's me veronica and today ronnie and i are doing a get ready with me double date edition we are going on a double date tonight with erin and john. Obviously, i'm excited to show you guys the process, because i'm going to try crimping my hair for this double date and i haven't crimped my hair with my short hair cut yet so this will be interesting, also i'm kind of recovering from like a cold sinus infection. I i don't know so if i sound a little stuffy, that's why and if you aren't subscribed, make sure you're subscribed.

So first things: first, we need to prep the skin, so i'm gon na wash my face with the recipe gentle cleanser. Okay. So now i'm going to go in a toner also from glow recipe, the watermelon glow, pha and bha poor tiger. You know erin and i haven't really been on a date just us two in a while either we've just been really busy house hunting living the married life, i will say i do miss living with nesta.

That's why i'm really excited about tonight. It'll be like old times, i don't use as much powder anymore, because i feel like powder makes me very cakey, especially in this weather, that we're having, i feel like. I should be doing this in the sun. Like have you seen those viral videos of people doing their skin routines and like the sun, do i look like one of those tick tockers now now? Are you doing the uh moisturizer i'm going back inside next, i will be using a blush.

This is a benefit blush. I really like it. It's cute. It has a cute little shimmer to it.

Nothing too crazy. I love blush. I've been really into blush lately, a little bit of bronzer on the nose i'm gon na. Do my favorite part highlighter, i'm gon na put a little bit on my cheeks.

This is the laura geller baked highlighter give myself a nice glow started doing this, and then i got a lot of comments saying that ronnie's bounty's been glowing lately. So i think i give credit to this and just the things that have been happening in my life. It just kind of gives it like this really nice glow, and then i just go wow on my nose. So now i'm going to put on some bb cream by dr jart and i'm going to mix these two colors, which is, i think this only comes in one color.

I i don't know, but this one is medium deep. So i'm going to mix these two colors to match my skin tone. This stuff is good because it has spf in it. That's really important to make sure you're using sunscreen.

Okay. Now i'm going to take my beauty, blender and just kind of blend it all out. Okay, i've been wanting to try and experiment with this little palette here the color pop animal crossing collection. I've had this for a while now, but i barely used it.

The purples are so pretty. I really want to try incorporating it into my look tonight. We'll see what happens, i'm going to try this light, color purple first, and because my eyelash, my eyelids, are sticky, i'm just going to use my finger. Oh it's so pretty i like it.

I'm gon na take in another dr jart bb cream. That is actually a darker color and use this to contour. My face take a little bit. Okay, i know it looks insane.

I saw something about letting it set for a second, so i'm just gon na. Let that set move on to the next cheek. It's a lot, so i'm gon na put it the rest on my nose blend it all out. Well, for some reason on the camera, it kind of looks crazy.

I don't i don't know why it kind of looks crazy right there. Okay, i want a little bit more sparkles, so i'm taking this one he's lightly dabbing over and look look how pretty it is it's so shimmery and sparkly. I love it so much! Oh, and it kind of like gives it a more of a lighter tone, not so much as pink yeah. I love it so much.

I feel so pretty so hello, hello. What are you gon na wear for the date ready, you're, not wearing that he's in shorts, and no we got ta. Look cute. Look at my eye shadow.

Look at my eye shadow come on eyeshadow! Look at mine! Oh it's very pretty! Thank you! Change! There's sparkles! Everywhere this is not a plan all right so now we're gon na go in with some rare beauty, blush put it on the blush and i'm gon na. Do it all over my cheek and up onto my cheekbone too. Oh, that's such a pretty color, and so now i'm actually going to take that same blush and kind of put it on my eyelids like this, because i saw something on tick-tock. It was like a sound that goes like trust me, small wing, half lash sparkles on the whoop.

I just blinded myself small wings sparkles on the lid and half half a lash, so i'm gon na do a half lash today, because i want to try whatever this look is so i'm just barely putting a little bit on the eyelid. The blush that i just used just to give it a little bit of color and now we're going to go and oh yeah so now that that we have all of our blush on and everything i'm gon na go in with this powder, it's a too faced Setting powder, i think, they've discontinued it so i'm gon na cover the brush in this, and instead of like taking a sponge and baking, i'm just going to take this like powder brush and just go like this aaron, you told me to get dressed up. I was getting my watch, that's not what i meant. I meant like casual dress-up like at least like a button-up like not a full-on suit.

Okay, i got it. Why did you have a big water stain? I spilled water. I got it. This is chaotic right now.

You know you can take off the suit while looking for excuse me, i've been trying to achieve that boy, brow, look or not boy brow, but just like the feathered, eyebrow look, don't think i can pull it off. I'm just gon na make my eyebrows look normal. All right voila, this is my look so far - oh see it, it was the lighting. This looks very cute, found my favorite palette of all time too, faced sweet peach, sweet peach, sweet peach palette and i'm going to be using luscious.

That is like my favorite color, like of all time now, i'm just going to use my finger still. Oh my gosh. This is like my favorite. I love it.

The key to eyeliner and what i've found is to use an angled eyeliner brush like this. It really helps when it comes to keeping your eyeliner looking nice, a small wing molly. That's it! No, i'm just going to connect the top line like so, as you can see, i've now done both of my eyeliners they're kind of like a medium size. I would say not really small, but this is the key everyone, and this is just only black eyeshadow and water.

It works so easy, there's a hack for you. Guys time has come to crimp my hair, i'm going to do it sections i'm so excited i've. Never done this to my hair, very careful process crimp. I think this is how i do it perfect, mermaid, hair wow, all right, aaron's, asking me if i'm ready for his next look.

Okay, what excuse me yeah very matrix, like i can't tell i it's like borderline nice, but borderline costumey, as i say, with purple eyeshadow, you know what, if that's what you want to wear then fine? Yes, really! Well! Your hair turn around there's a baby ponytail! You put you guys this man put an actual rubber band in his hand, aaron. Why would you do that? Why wouldn't you do that you're supposed to put the cotton hairband? That's gon na rip out hair, so next we're gon na do lashes, i'm gon na curl! It and then put some mascara on so i'm not going to curl it too much. So it's not like a super full curl and then i'm going to be using rare beauty mascara. As you can see, my eyelashes aren't super curled, but they're curled enough.

So now we're going to take our lashes and do the half lash tik tok trend, we're gon na have a funny idea. So i don't know if you guys know i did this painting of iconic cat meme, but look sad cat now has lashes to look pretty while being sad. Okay, now it's time to actually do what we're supposed to do so you're supposed to take the lash and like cut it in half so you're only supposed to use the inner part. That's supposed to go here on the outer part like that, i guess you ready.

Okay, aaron there's nothing more casual than a jedi come on. You know you want to show up to dinner double date with a jedi. Okay, no you! Well, maybe without the clothes, the cloak's, the best part. Oh you try.

Don't! Oh me, look at my hair. Do you like my hair, are you done with it? This is how i was going to wear it. I like it. Oh it's cool, okay, aaron seriously.

I i really need to get ready, or else we're going to be late to the day. Oh, you should be there at seven. Yes, erin, it's 6 30.. Do you have time erin you've got to stop talking to me.

This is not good. I just burned my scalp guys the lashes i used before felt kind of crazy. So i tried a different pair. These ones also look insane.

Oh. Does that look normal? Does that look more natural? That was a really hard thing to do with my lashes but they're on so now i need lip gloss, but i'm going to fix my hair first. Okay. This is how my hair turned out got a little bit of a hermione vibe going on.

This is not what i wanted. I'm not sure how to fix this skirt looks cute. I have some white little boots that i can put on. Then.

I think my look is complete. I think i need some dangly earrings, though okay, so now i've made my hair wavy with the straightener, using this technique really easy and simple. So i just got off the phone with john and he's wearing like this type of green. With cream like the color cream, so i'm going to try to base my outfit off those colors and match them.

So i'm going to be wearing these pants with these shoes. I think it's super cute kind of casual, but nice for a date. Okay, also, if i get cold, i've got this sweater, and this is the purse i'm using. This is like the full look, so yeah, let's go meet up with john i'm regretting the purple eyeshadow.

There was no reason for me to wear purple. For some reason i thought this skirt had like purple in it, but it doesn't my purple eyeshadow doesn't match it looks so good. It makes your eyes pop yeah, like rock paper pop pop pop pop rocks my eyes. Look like purple pop rocks yeah delicious.

Okay. We got 10 minutes before we got to get there. This is our final looks: erin you're, like undercover for like you're, like stalking, someone, i'm an undercover jedi. Let's go! Oh my gosh.

I chose the purple eyeshadow. Well, look who it is it's john you're filming yourself for me. Oh i'm filming you! I don't. Like my look.

I think it's great, i don't know what the purple eye shadow is uncalled for, but hey it's okay! I have these red blotches on my face and they're uncalled for, but they're accepted honestly the eyeshadow isn't that bad, but with the skirt it doesn't match. Okay, you may ask a stranger who dress up next to us. No, do not do that. Erin! No! Don't do that! Excuse me um, there's nobody there.

I thought we were pretending. I don't know why. I just had this feeling like i'm more dressed up than aaron. This place is not super casual you're in a very nice outfit and we match and it's fun we're gon na have a fun time.

They say it's always better to be overdressed and underdressed, but i feel awkward when i walk into a place and i'm like clearly more dressed up than everybody else. All right. We are here, we're three minutes later: no you're, not okay, so we just sat down. We started johnny's, starving and ronnie and erin are not here yet, but i want to show you guys wonder if they'll show i want to show you guys the lake.

It's really really pretty hold on very, very pretty view like the mountains and stuff hurry ronnie. The longer you wait, the more time you waste. Ah, why are you poofing watch out? There's a car next to you dodge it is there. They are well ronnie and i did the same hair look.

We did the same hair i crimped mine, but i look crazy. All right, these are little tacos, really good right. It's spicy, but it's good. I don't have a plate.

Those are my popsicles, never mind. Okay, so we just got done with dinner. We're gon na go get ice cream now. This is an interesting evening, interesting, the drunk people earlier that you guys ran into drama and then odd situation, which we won't mention, but an eventful night for sure our waiter was not in the best mood, but my food was great.

Oh look. How pretty the fountain is picture? Did you eat your wafer? Already? I didn't get one well now you have to eat mine where's john erin was flirting with the lady in there can't help it there's this really nice older lady and he was dancing with her. I didn't want to film it because you know sometimes it's kind of odd you'd have my wafer. I don't want it, no, you, don't really did you bite it yeah.

Overall, how was our night, i would say it was a eight out of ten. I would say: like six, i mean we had fun with you guys that was about 10 out of 10 with you guys. The restaurant is just there's a weird weird thing going on tonight. I don't know what else to say.
