It has a list of all the foods that it's testing you, for, how sad is it going to be from allergic to like a bunch of stuff? The only thing i feel like i know, i'm allergic to is feathers, so this contains an alcohol prep pad collection card lancet, biohazard bag, bandage gauze pad finger, prick blood collection, we're gon na be pricking our fingers. Okay, all right just won't show the blood, but in case you guys are triggered. This is the the warning.

There will be pricking up fingers, pricking fingers before we prick. You showed only mild reactivities to six foods, six foods, six foods - i'm sorry, there's not there's no high reactivity to any foods, but i have mild so it says it says: i'm allergic to bell pepper, brewer's, yeast, chicken, egg white, sunflower seed and winter squash. Thank goodness. We don't eat winter squash, we eat summer squash, i'm just kidding, we don't eat any squash at all. Our mom was also allergic to bell pepper.

I just had bell pepper for lunch. I'm surprised, i'm allergic to chicken mildly, allergic, okay, mildly allergic to chicken. I have chicken all the time me too, okay. Well, let's see if i get the same results as you.

Your test showed an igg reactivity above normal to seven foods, moderate activity to winter squash; okay, so we both are allergic to winter squash, mildly, reactive, to bell pepper, chicken cow's milk, egg white rye and wheat, okay. Well, we knew cow's milk because you're lactose intolerant and i'm not what's wrong with winter squash. Why does our bodies hate winter school? Oh, my gosh, look where it's at on the scale it's at the yellow, i'm in the yellow for winter squash. Should we try eating winter squash, no winter squashes and breads muffins, pancakes, casseroles, purees, smoothies and other beverages that include concentrated mixes, such as pumpkin spice, latte, spaghetti squash, butternut, squash, acorn, squash spice dish such as casserole, soups and stews? So i can't eat anything squash.

Well, you can you'll just have a negative reaction to it, but then the rest, i'm just mild reactivity, to the same things you, but i have ryan. What's brewer's yeast beer, i'm allergic to beer, a byproduct of the beer and wine making process, as well as an ingredient in soy, sauce and spreads like vegemite? No wonder i don't like vegemite now that i'm reading this and it says that i'm kind of allergic to brewer's yeast and that these foods have those types of that yeast in it. Kimchi sauerkraut, kombucha, vinegars, pickled foods. I've never liked any of those foods, and i bet it's because my body knows i'm allergic to it on here.

I'm in the middle of the scale for cow's milk - and i i could have told you i was allergic to milk okay, but what is rye primarily grown for its grain rye is used in different kinds of breads beers and vodkas. It is commonly referred to as a type of gluten, but it contains less gluten than wheat. That's weird citric acid! I knew i was allergic to citric acid, but i didn't know why. Okay, the only thing we had in common was bell pepper, chicken, egg white and winter squash, but you're just more allergic to winter squash than i am poor winter squash.

I was gon na look up winter squash. It's all types of squashes squash sounds really weird. Now squash, all these are considered squash, so, like anything so pumpkin so any type of pumpkin, i need to do more research about winter squash. Then this is so interesting.

This is groundbreaking for me, but i think i need to be careful about what i eat now. Well, it's we're not super allergic. It just was a little bit like on the higher end of like. Oh, hey chicken be careful of chicken, it says mild, reactivity foods, class 1 foods in your lab results can create a smaller immune reaction, but they can be sneaky.

Symptom causers, which is definitely cow's. Milk, for me, is one of those sneaky symptom causes because that upsets my stomach so badly. So what they're basically saying is that we could probably still eat this stuff if we get an upset stomach or something happens, it's probably because we are a little bit allergic to it. So we are allergic to some of the same things last a couple additional things.
