I guess i'm merchant um, i hate getting anything cracked. I can't like, even if i do this, my fingers will not crack, because i just don't crack, i don't crack my fingers. I don't really crack my back. I don't go like crack my neck, like how people do that and like people will be like.
Let me see your thumb and they'll be like and like it's just like: oh, it hurts so bad they'll even see. Let me see your toes and they're gon na pick and i'm like stop. I hate that so much so this is like a really. I'm really scared, no you're, not gon na get hurt because a chiropractor is a professional.
I know, but still i'm just like you're just scared because you've never done it like, especially if someone's like you, don't that even freaks me out when you do that ronnie okay, so here is dr mike i'm i'm really nervous. Oh i'm scared. I'm gon na take care of you guys. Don't worry, okay, okay, all right i'll go first! I will go first, so, let's um well! I know that i have bad posture.
There's nothing really wrong, like pain wise. I know that i put a lot of. I get a lot of uh like tension in my shoulders. Okay, like really tense here, due to like sitting like this all the time, any kind of like radiating, pain down the arms or anything like that.
I do have weak elbows, weak elbows. Let's go through a quick, little assessment to kind of see what's going on, so what we'll do we'll? Have you step up on the platform and i'm just going to kind of check out your range of motion before we dive into anything else? Okay, okay, all right! So reach down any pain. I do so when dealing with the spine right, the spine kind of houses, the nervous system, the spinal cord and all the peripheral nerves itself. So we want to test and make sure we have like pretty good sensation and strength before we do any kind of adjusting.
So it's going to take you through a real, simple uh assessment. All right goodness just go scoot forward a little bit. So we're going to go like this we're going to test her strength, okay, so time to show off. So this could be a little boring, but we just got to see how everything's moving okay, strong everything you got ready press there.
You go triceps, good, just press press and then real, quick, we're going to do lower body, so go ahead, just bring right leg up and hold for me right there. That hurt like right here from both of those yeah and i can see you're trying a lot harder with the left and that's the same side that you kind of have a harder time standing on. That's we're seeing a little something yeah, maybe a little bit. If you want to call it so everything seems to be working. Fine, you have good sensation, you have good strength. You had a little bit of pain on the right side right, but possibly what i'm noticing we are rolled forward, but also our left. Shoulder is kind of a little bit higher height than the right, okay, um and that's kind of the same side as that hip issue. So i'm going to do some tissue work ready to get started.
Yeah, i'm going to say this can get a little tender yeah. A little tug away - oh my god, you're doing great. Oh look at you, you're a champ good! Now i could go to sleep, so i'm pretty gentle. When i adjust okay, it's going to create a lot of tension before we do the thrust: okay! Okay! I'm going to go in here, i'm just going to feel where we want to go real, quick, so we're going to roll you back over so inhale and exhale nice.
How was that you? Okay, i'm good eyes! That's that upper back tension. You had there ready, inhale! Exhale nice good job did it hurt? No, i felt so good yeah wow, i did not know my back. Could pop three times in a row go ahead and rotate your head over to the left to the left. Oh wow, oh my gosh.
What happened? I don't know what'd, you do, i don't know yeah, but it felt like it was like all on the left. I was weird awesome wow. Oh, i already got it in the beginning and then there's that one click yeah yeah. I think you got it all in the beginning, yeah just from the setup.
So let's stand you up. Let's see how you feel. I feel good that feels nice. Okay, oh my god that was crazy, wow! Oh my gosh, okay wow, so good yeah.
Thank you. So much oh, my gosh, are you ready, go ahead and lift up one leg, some more right rotation and we're seeing kind of when you go when you reach for the floor? How that right side is raised? Okay, let's go ahead. Yeah super tight through that upper back, i'm very ticklish, i'm! So sorry, if my reflex just goes, she does okay well i'll stay clear of the fist. Okay, you're right! Just let me know if it's too much: okay, okay, so i'll start i'll start here! It's not too bad all right.
No, that's fine! All right! Let's go ahead and breathe just try to let those shoulders soften a little bit. Okay, yeah, i'm just very dramatic! I'm sorry! Okay, we'll do one gun here! Sorry, i'm sorry, everyone! I apologize so ready! Go ahead, lift up your head for me: okay, inhale exhale up! I don't think i'm popping and uh i'll do that. One seated! Okay, we're gon na come back! For that! What's wrong with me, am i broken a little more challenging than your sister? So, let's go on the other side, so inhale for me, exhale one more time and oh wow, that was cool, okay, same thing: it's not hurting! No, it's not! It feels really good. It does one so you're gon na put your hands behind your head and just kind of interlace them like so, and then i'm gon na reach through and i'm gon na be grabbing your abdomen okay, okay, on your exhale you're gon na bring your elbows together in Front of you and your head's gon na go up so like this perfect yeah and exhale. Look up! Look up whoa. What was that that was the upper thoracic here that we couldn't get when you're on your back? This is super jammed up, so we use a little bit of your attention to kind of find the right positioning to get that release. Oh so we're just gon na see how this one wants to move here. Nice beautiful, not bad yeah.
No, it was like really tense or tensed up when you did that, but then, after wow, okay, let's see that right, ankle right ankle right left left hand a little bit. I actually take a look at this yeah. I have a band-aid on my pinky toe though, and my toes are not painted so ignore that is that tender. When i press, no, it's just solid sorry or maybe it is tender.
I don't know my foot's been like that for so long. I don't remember what it used to be like no pain, no pain. I think he like kind of did it the first time yeah. Look at that.
That's crazy! I was only hyped up on the left, so it looked like she had a shorter leg on the left, but it was really more of a hip dysfunction, type thing wow and it doesn't feel like it feels good, not as bad when i press through here, yeah Wow, that's crazy. Okay. I want to touch my toes against a lot better. It's a little more fluffy, a lot better cool, that's so fun yay.

Go ahead, lift up for me, wow huge. What in the world just happened, dude yeah buddy - i can i felt like i - could touch my toes better.
That was the loudest one of the day yeah. Well, i figured it would be something you guys. I feel like a new person. Look at me.
My posture is great. Apparently i was lopsided so uh. He cracked, my ankle, i'm not lopsided anymore. He cracked my ankle.
He was like. Do you feel this clicking and i was like yeah and he was like oh yeah. There's this clicking wait. No! That's really lopsided! Yeah, when you bend over you're, like one of your hips, is higher than the other. It's like a dramatic difference. How was i living like that? I don't know honestly. This was a crazy experience way better than my first time going to a chiropractor. How was this, how was your first time going to a chiropractor great, i felt safe.
He he did a really good job making us feel safe, especially when he hugged us yeah, but he had a hug for back cracking, but i i like that part ronnie really likes hugs. I love hugs, because i don't give them to her. As you all know, if you guys are in the long beach area, you guys can go see dr mike and get your body readjusted.
